  • WE DO NOT RENT SIGHT UNSEEN. YOU MUST SEE THE PROPERTY FIRST BEFORE APPLYING.
  • Please contact our office at 509-368-9904 to ensure the property you are applying for is still available. If you apply online, you are immediately charged the fee and it is non-refundable.

  • $50 non-refundable application fee per person screens rental history, credit, income, and criminal background.

  • $50 per person also for married couples 
  • If you are applying with a spouse, you will select, "add my spouse" at the end of your application. You will be prompted to enter  spouse's email address. A link to spouse application will be sent to the email provided and an additional $50 will be charged to card used for payment. DO NOT enter duplicate income information on the second application. 

 

 

  • If you need a co-signer, you will have the opportunity within the application to send them an invitation to apply using a valid e-mail address. The non-refundable co-signer application fee is $50 and screens credit and income.
